Reinstalling nvidia drivers (clean install) I never had crashing issues like this before, otherwise I probably wouldn't have been able to progress in the game, because right now I can't progress at all with this issue. Walking back towards the post from where you could teleport worked fine and the crash occured a little later (maybe that was depending on Triss/Yens current position or something). hasn't worked either xD I was desperate at that point.
